Want me to rework it as I said I would now we have Elindir's history. Any comments on what you would like added into it and any suggestions are welcomed. Expect a reworked form sometime in the next two weeks ^^ so please be quick if you have something to add. That of course is if you would like me to continue working on it rather than someone else taking over.

Well I said I would try again, please continue to criteec and give me ideas for bits to add, the end is still a little vague as Elindir said he was going to redo the end of his history, but without further ado, here is my latest attempt:
Circle Of Peace History mark II
It was in the year 1974 of the third age of the world that this tale begins. The Witchking had been gaining power for many years and had now released his awesome force. The horde came from the East, crushing the pitiful resistance leaving only a few to carry news of the approaching disaster.
When the few survivors finally managed to make it back to populated regions they found few remnants of the proud race of men from Numinor and many ordinary people who to their eye seemed unfit for war of this magnitude. To try and defend their homes and livelihoods though these people were going to have to rise and fight for their very lives. In the end with the aid of the Numoreans the survivors managed to get together a host of their own, Hobbits, Dwarves, Men and Elves all joined together to fight for their homes.
Now this particular tale takes us away from the large confrontations between the armies, bloodstained battlefields, the strategic manoeuvring of the various elements of the army, and all those many factors that go into running a large army and it’s running and fighting. This tale concentrates on a few of these many many troops and fighters, it concentrates on a group of elves, men, dwarves, and hobbits who joined together to become the Circle Of Peace.
This group of fighters and countrymen were positioned together on the right flank of the host. They were to guard against flanking manoeuvres and to engage the enemy when it would be strategically useful and good. The men, elves, dwarves and hobbits fought together, saved each others lives and lived together for many weeks, while the awful fight went on. On what was to be the last day of a battle a group who had become fast friends during the fighting stood together, they joined the fighting when it looked as though the main line would be overcome, and their they stood and fought till after nightfall. That nightfall however was to be the last for the army. The left flank crumbled under a sudden assault and left the rear of the army open and undefended, the witchkings troops immediately took advantage of the opening and resoundly crushed the army for which our friends fought. Only with running battles through the night did they manage to escape and gain the relative safety behind the line of hills. That night as they cleaned their wounds and counted their blessings they saw how few of their group had made it out alive from the field. Addraerraent, Calenia, Lómarandil, Féldur the elves Varan, Aaecian, Owacyn, Rigwyn the men; Driadoc Primstone and Sirry Greenhand the hobbits and the dwarves Rilin and Demli. That night as they rested however a band of the enemy found and attacked their encampment, though our friends managed to fight them off they lost their leader Addraerraent. He had fallen to an arrow at the start of the fight and lay dying. As the others gathered around him, he charged them never to give up and upon his last breath gave them his circular badge, which he had worn through all perils and was considered to be a source of great luck, though it had let its owner down in the end.
Féldur took up the badge from his now dead friend and swore upon it never to stop fighting till all evil had been driven from the land. The others all stood with him and in their own tongues swore oaths to uphold freedom for all peaceful folk and to always be enemies of those who would destroy that peace. Even the dwarves stood by and swore an oath, for even though it was an elf who had died, they had saved each others lives and bound their friendship into ties that overcame even that hatred that is so strong between Aule’s children the dwarves and the first born children of Illuvator the elves.
The band called themselves The Circle of Peace for their reason to fight was for peace and they carried the circular badge of their dead friend, it also signified that in their eyes all were equal, men, elves, dwarves and hobbits all stood in equal favour to them.
The Circle of Peace travelled all over the West of Middle Earth and even at times into the South and East, all the time helping those who were weak and times of need. Killing orcs and men and even corrupt elves and dwarves, any who were causing harm. They fought with the Gondorians against the men of Harad, they killed orcs in the Misty mountains, and helped the woodmen kill some of the foul creatures who threatened their villages in Mirkwood. Where ever they went though they were known for their honesty and goodness. Many joined the Circle over the years wanting to help uphold their values and many left due to old age and death in battle. But the Circle gradually dwindled in numbers till there was only a handful left.
They were crossing the Misty Mountains in the year 2740 when a band of orcs came out of a cave at them, The Circle of Peace fought hard back and forth down the narrow trail, forcing many of their enemy off the cliff on the right. It was past nightfall before they finally won the high ground and forced their foes back. That night there were many fights, but the Circle held on and wouldn’t give up. In the end The Circle of Peace won the fight, but they were left bloodied and lacking the will to fight after loosing so many of their comrades. The band had lost most of its few members, and most of the few that were left were getting old and thinking of giving up the adventuring life for a family and a fire. The Circle of Peace decided to split, before they left to go their separate ways, they vowed that should they be needed they would always go to each others aid.
Féldur was one of the few who decided to continue fighting, he had never forgotten the oath he had sworn over his friends still warm but dead body and would never give up the fight. He adventured for many years alone through the wilderness till he met a young man called Elindir. The two travelled together for quite a while, the older elven teaching the younger man what he knew of the wild and even some tales of his life during the time of The Circle of Peace, but he never mentioned his oath or the weight on his conscious at the disbanding of the Circle. Never that is until he and Elindir surprised a band of orcs and he was struck down by and arrow from the one orc that didn’t panic. As he lay dying he felt the full weight of his oath and the disbanding, he asked Elindir to reform the Circle, and continue the fight for him.

Yeah it would be nice to hear of improvements for the others, othewise I'm going to have to think hard of some more ideas. When you've finished redoing the ending of your history I'll improve and alter the above one to fit in, I don't mind, though I do want to make it a slightly bigger deal, it is a big event =^_^=

Nice Aduruth, though I think when we discused things this history was going to be up to the reforming of the kinship, I really need Eli to write his history so I know the end of the history. Then the bit's about us joining are written in our personal histories.
I wasn't planning on writing anything between the reforming and now because I don't know all the things people might want in their personal histories. We were also leaving out some of the RL events. If we were to add them we would have to talk about the Peace Keepers and our kinship before. This is really a story that doesn't have a huge amount to do with RL.
If / when Hex rejoins we can always say that he was badly injured in a fight and had to stay in Rivendale or Gondor or somewhere to heal.

Oh, ok? I guess I'll delete it, I just thought I saw someone say we need more people writing the histories other than oyu and Eli. No big problem, I guess your in charge with the histories than.

No, it's not that I'm writting all the histories, I'm just writting the one for the kinship atm, a basic view on how we formed and up to a fairly modern time, at the moment I can't go any further without knowing exactly what Eli is going to use for his history and his way of forming the kinship into what it is now.
Please, please, please, please feel free to write a history of your own, what you did before and how and why you joined the kinship. It's why I'm leaving the modernish future blank you can meet us anywhere with however many members you like. Maybe sometime Eli will find the time to finish the ending of his history so I can update our kinship one ^_^
