Sorry, but I am waiting for this: The Nintendo Revolution -Completely wireless controllers and wireless online support. -Completely backward compatible with the Gamcube. -A downloadable 20 years of fan-favorite titles from the Nintendo 64, SNES and NES. Yep, you can download games originally from these three systems to the Revolution. -Upgradeable flash memory. -2 USB 2.0 ports. -IBM processing chip and ATI graphics chip. -512 megs of internal flash memory. Sigh. If only they cared about competing with the other two in the race of time.

Finally, Nintendo needs this.
Hope no one takes offense to this but Gamecube was a complete failure in my opinion.

Gamecube was a major success, it was just undermined by games that are supposedly the best ever, like Halo, and the popularity of the Playstation 2 because it has a number in it.
Of course they still make games for Gamecube. In fact, like me, lots of people own both a Gamecube and a Playstation.
(Oh yeah, Nintendo has sold a total of over 2 billion games so far. Can you say "pioneer"?)

But from what I've seen of the gamecube, it's mainly childrens games. I don't think I've seen anything on gamecude that would interest me at all And the PS2 was backwards compatble with PS1 games too so that's the main reason why I chose it over the competitors. Oh, and I could never quite get to grips with the nintendo controlers They always looked to me like you needed three hands

The three handled controller was for Nintendo 64, by the way And yes, I do admit that Nintendo has a (false) image of being for "children." I don't really think games like James Bond and Resident Evil count as children's games, though. Oh well, I guess thats one of their goals for the Revolution. And yes, if I get enough moeny, I'll get a PS3 also. Playstation is great, I don't disagree with that. Has anyone read anything about the X-box 360? That doesn't seem to be getting as much attention?

I am just really not into x-box at all. I haven't played gamecube either. I just wanted to stick to PS2 and Nintendo products. I have played pretty much all of the Nintendo products and I own Original Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo 64. Ahh! I love 64. ;D
